A weekend with the theme of yoga and meditation accompanied by nature walks and wellness treatments. An opportunity to let go, focus on yourself and learn to listen to your inner voice on Lake Caraman (30min of Toulouse)

The stay includes:

  • 3 2 days and nights
  • 4 yoga class (1h30)
  • 2 meditation session / bhajan (1h)
  • 1 infrared sauna OU 1 combined relaxation session: swing + hypnosis telescope + energy plate (30 to 45 min) OU 1 combined foot massage session with a machine then Chi machine (30 min)
  • 1 is walking quietly by the lake
  • organic and vegan meals, handmade with love

      Useful information :

      The courses are in French. Accessible to all levels even beginner.

      The place :

      The retreat takes place on Lake Caraman.

      The bedrooms:

      You will be accommodated in a shared room. There is the possibility to book a private room for 40 € extra (340 € instead of 300 €)

      Arrival conditions:

      You can come by bus from Toulouse (it's about 30 min). It is also possible to arrange a taxi from the Toulouse bus station at an extra charge.

      The rate includes:

      To learn to discover, to listen to oneself and to accept oneself.

      We will explore the different physical practices of Yoga, but also spiritual.
      Practices will focus on listening to our body, inner voice and personal boundaries.
      We will accompany you in this transformation with respect and gentleness.

      Meals consist of healthy, organic food, world-inspired recipes to nourish the body and mind.

      The great teachers

      Maïlys : Daughter of two kin parents, she has always been passionate about postural and body awareness. It is therefore natural that she turns to yoga and leaves to train in India. Recognized by Yoga Alliance 500h, she teaches yoga accessible to all, offering a sensitive and caring approach. She now teaches yoga in the Fasting and Wellbeing centers and regularly offers themed workshops.

      Aurélie : Fascinated by the benefits of yoga on her London lifestyle, yoga soon became obvious to her. A year later Aurélie went to India to train. Since then, she combines her two passions, which are travel and yoga. She teaches vinyasa yoga with a gentle or dynamic approach as needed
