Return and Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately can not offer you a refund or exchange.
We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If in this case you wish to exchange it for the same article, send us an e-mail at the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org
To qualify for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same state you received it.
Depending on where you live, the time required to receive your exchanged product may vary.
To make a return, you must present us with a receipt or proof of purchase.
If you are shipping an item worth more than 50 €, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or take out delivery insurance. Indeed, we can not guarantee that we will receive the item you return to us.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
We only refund or replace an item if it is defective or damaged.

All of these conditions set out in the "Returns" section must be respected in order to be eligible for a refund.
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.
If your application is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds:
If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account first.
Then contact the credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.

Note that it will be your responsibility to pay your own shipping costs to return your item (and to redeem it). Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return costs will be deducted from it.
