Our online store works in collaboration with French craftsmen. The average delivery time is from 3 to 5 (working days).
If there is a shortage of goods, it is possible that the delivery will take longer.
France: free delivery on ALL products.

Return and Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have elapsed since the receipt of the parcel, we unfortunately can not offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange or refund, your item must be unused and in the same state you received it.
Exchanges are only available for size and / or color of the same style. Exchange of a different product is strictly not allowed. We recommend that you return your original item for a refund and then place a new order for the product you want.
Depending on where you live, the time required to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping an item worth more than 50 €, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or take out delivery insurance. Indeed, we can not guarantee that we will receive the item you return to us.
Note that it will be your responsibility to pay your own shipping costs to return your item (and to redeem it). Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return costs will be deducted from it.
Late or missing refunds:
If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account first.
Then contact the credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.
